Pricing questions
Before you pick a plan
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 2 months, no credit card. Every feature is switched on so you can judge the whole product, not a cut-down version of it.
What counts towards the student limit?
Active students only. Alumni, dropped and on-hold students stay in your records and do not count, so a plan does not get more expensive just because you have been running for longer.
Can I change plan later?
Any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is charged pro-rata. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you never lose time you have paid for.
What happens if I go over a limit?
You are told before it happens, and nothing already in the system breaks. You simply cannot add beyond the ceiling until you upgrade.
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. The price you see is the amount charged. Add your GSTIN in billing settings and it appears on every invoice so you can claim input credit.
How do I pay?
Card or UPI AutoPay mandate through Razorpay, charged automatically each period. You can cancel from the billing page at any time without talking to anyone.
Do emails cost extra?
Each plan includes a monthly email allowance for parent notifications and sign-in codes. WhatsApp messages are cheaper per message and are included from the Growth plan, which is why most institutes end up using it as the primary channel.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes — pay for ten months and get twelve, on any plan. You can switch between monthly and yearly whenever you like.
